Please contact me regarding the status of my refund. Your sales page states "You're not going to find an easier, more complete or more advanced way to convert your movies, WE GUARANTEE IT! " I have made several requests for you to honor your guarantee and have been disregarded each time. Please respond by 3pm EST of Tuesday, July 26th, 2005. If by that time the full amount of $39.95 has not been refunded back into my PayPal account then I will begin filing claims through PayPal member services. Thank you, Stewart Oliver
